- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been with Josh Barnett for many years, No problems until this year, when there was a billing question, I have called them five or six times only to get to their voice mail. that tells me what their office hours are 9-5 (their open) So I leave a voice mail, five or six times asking them to call back, They don't call back, So today I need to take off work to see about my billing question( why they did not cash my Electronic Bank Check for my policy) I am going to start looking for another insurance.
