    Awful. Took the lady 3 hours to get everything typed in, and when it was done our estimated return seemed very low. Went home and used Credit Karmas free online tool (took 20 minutes) and BAM! Our return was THREE TIMES what HR block said it would be!! Plus, it was free! I'm not sure if they're pocketing the difference somehow or what, but regardless, if you like money, stay away from them!

    Just make sure you know how much they will charge you before you have them do your taxes because they charged us 20% of our tax return. In my opinion that is outrageous! In their defense I should have asked beforehand but I guess I just assumed otherwise. I will not be going to h&r block again.
