  Ive learned that the Logan Animal Control dont care about actually helping animals that are neglected. how do I know? because ive called several times about 5 horses that have been held in spaces so small they cannot turn around and the irony of all of this is they are in a 10+ acre field that is there specifically for the horses, the grass is way overgrown which is a fire hazard, so if they would just let the horses out they could feed on the grass and actually get to walk more than 5 feet but yet the idiots of owners keep them confined. This is NEGLECT!!! and I have yet to see animal control even come take a look! its located at about 600 east between center and 100 north. on the other hand they are GREAT at giving out tickets to responsible pet owners and stealing them as mentioned in the comment before.

  Don't worry people of Logan. Animal Control will respond to any call... as long as it's after 10AM. There was a loose pit bull running around making people nervous. Called in about 8:30 and I they told me was to hope the dog finds its home. Good thing the pit was super friendly or there might have been real issues.

  My neighbor is now on his 3rd puppy in 2 years. All have been sweetheart little things. Except, the owner never lets them off the 5 ft. tie down in his yard. I've called animal control at least 6 times on this neighbor, and quite frankly they're utterly useless.
